I find overlooked properties, renovate them with care, and create real returns for private investors — one suburb at a time.
Transforming spaces, enhancing lives.
Meet the founder
I'm a full-time property flipper and mum of two, and what started as renovating our own homes has grown into a business I genuinely love.
In 2025, I completed five flips along with a buy–renovate–hold project, and have an exciting portfolio of projects underway.
I work across the Sunshine Coast and Gladstone regions, and have recently expanded into Geelong, Ballarat and Launceston.
Every renovation is personally managed from start to finish — I care deeply about every detail, from layout through to the final finishes, to ensure each home is something I'm truly proud of.
Transforming spaces, enhancing lives isn't just a tagline — it's the philosophy behind every project I take on.

Sell your home
If you have a property that needs work — or you just want a fast, fair, off-market sale — I'd love to talk.
Why sell to me?
No open homes, no weeks on market, no uncertainty. I move quickly and keep things simple.
Old kitchen, tired bathroom, original everything? That's exactly what I'm looking for. No repairs needed.
I don't lowball. I'll give you a clear explanation of how I've arrived at my number.
No middlemen. Just a real conversation with the person making the decisions.
Houses, units, townhouses, acreage — if it has potential, I'm interested. It doesn't need to be pretty.
My process
Call or email Kate. Tell me a little about the property — suburb, size, condition. No obligation whatsoever.
I'll arrange a no-obligation inspection at a time that suits you. No pressure, no rush.
If it's a fit, I'll put a written offer in your hands — with full transparency on how I got there.
Once you accept, I manage everything through to settlement. Simple, stress-free, done.

Private investment
I work with a select group of private investors who want exposure to residential property without the noise. Real deals. Real returns. Real transparency.
Money Partner Opportunities
I've built a track record of ~17% average ROI across 6 completed projects — and I'm always looking for the right partners to grow with.
Every partner receives regular updates, full transparency on numbers, and their capital plus interest returned at settlement. No hidden fees, no complexity.
I source properties purchased below market value with strong cosmetic renovation upside. Every deal goes through thorough due diligence before a money partner is approached.
You provide the capital for a specific project with clear terms and transparent updates along the way.
I personally manage the entire renovation from start to finish. Once the property sells, your capital plus interest is returned in full at settlement — typically within 6 months.
